MessageXpress utilizes multiple broadband Internet access providers to ensure redundancy and minimize the impact of network downtime. Each broadband connection provides up to 12 megabits of bandwidth, ensuring that your data is received and transmitted in a timely fashion.

Our server architecture includes high performance Dell CPUs using the Windows 2003 operating system. Our client software is designed to function on Windows 2000, XP and Vista platforms.

Currently, our infrastructure is capable of supporting millions of transactions per month. Additionally, we use a scalable architecture to permit rapid growth to meet market demands. As for communications, we've got you and all your trading partners covered - methods we support include AS1 / AS2 / AS3, Async, Bisync, FTP (hosted or direct connect), SMTP, and any Value Added Network (VAN).

Our success depends on the timely and accurate flow of our customers' data through our systems. As a result, downtime due to hardware and power failures is a serious matter. To minimize the risk of downtime, MessageXpress employs several measures including RAID-1 and RAID-5 disk storage, "hot swap" standby equipment to handle catastrophic failures, redundant networks, and a 33kW generator that allows us to continue operations in the event of power failures.
